da Mariolino

Mario de' Fiori 37

Fresh pasta. Coffee in the sun. Good food with good friends around the table. da Mariolino is meant to bring you the Rome we know and love. Tucked in our historic townhouse at Mario de’ Fiori, 37 just one block from the Spanish Steps, our restaurant is named for the street where we’re located and the artist Mario Nuzzi. We honor the creative spirit of the neighborhood with a setting that blends the old World and the new, art that nods to the rione’s history, and recipes rooted in tradition but crafted with a twist.

While our menus feature both seasonal specialties and year-round staples, there’s one thing you’ll always find: an obsession for quality in every ingredient. Inspired by culture, tradition, and the flow of nature, we cook up modern takes on Roman classics with an emphasis on nourishing food and clean flavors. Pair that with an expertly curated wine and cocktail list, and pasta that’s always fresh.
